


The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports two motorists were involved in an accident on Stone Hill Road in Decorah Township on Monday at 9:30 a.m.
The report states 23-year-old Anthony Henry of Decorah was traveling south on Stone Hill Road and 17-year-old Lucinda Hansen was traveling north. Hansen lost control and crossed into the lane of Henry and they struck head on causing a combined $33,300 of damage to the vehicles. Minor injuries were reported but neither were transported by ambulance. Hansen was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
