Deadline is approaching for Trees Forever boulevard trees

Monday, April 9th, is the deadline for applying to the boulevard replacement program sponsored by Black Hills Energy and Trees Forever.  This applies ONLY to residents who received a mailing about the program.

Forms should be dropped off at Decorah City Hall or e-mailed to Decorah City Forester Robin Sailor at cityforester@decorahia.org.  For more information, call the City Forester at (563) 277-5153
