Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office makes four DUI arrests

53-year-old Debra Bohr of Decorah was charged with operating under the influence as a result of an accident on Wagon Road in Canoe Township on March 18th.
 
On Friday evening, 26-year-old Dalton Breitsprecher of Ossian was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence (drug impaired) & possession of controlled substance.  

On Saturday afternoon, 37-year-old David Abel of East Moline, IL was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence on Pole Line Road in Madison Township.  

37-year-old Ramon Sepulveda of Postville was arrested Saturday evening in Frankville for operating while under the influence. He was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
