


47-year-old Chad Benzing of Fort Atkinson was taken into custody Tuesday night by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies.
Deputies served a warrant for violation of pre-trial supervision. Benzing had been stopped while driving on Highway 9 in February and charged with Felony Third Offense O.W.I., Serious Misdemeanor Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident, and Driving with a Suspended License.
Benzing is currently being held in the Winneshiek County Jail.
