


The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports two people were involved in a motor vehicle accident on Highway 52 at 6:00 a.m. Sunday.
54-year-old Colleen Busch of Decorah was traveling south on Highway 52, followed by 17-year-old Tanner Knutson of Decorah. The report states Knutson struck Busch from behind, causing a combined $1,900 of damage to the two vehicles. Busch was transported by ambulance. Knutson was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
