Car vs. deer collision causes $4,000 of damage

The Decorah Police Department reports 63-year-old David Huinker of Decorah was traveling east bound on Highway 9 on Tuesday evening when he struck a deer that had entered the roadway. The collision caused $4,000 of damage to Huinker's 2016 Jeep Wrangler.
