City council approves 2018 contract with Winneshiek Farmers Market

The Winneshiek Farmers Market will return in 2018.

The Decorah City Council Monday night officially approved a renewal of the city's contract with the farmer's market that will allow it to again use the lower Co-op parking lot during 2018.  There were no changes made to the contract for this year.
