Decorah woman arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault

On Saturday at 12:30 a.m. Winneshiek County Sheriff Officers charged 34-year-old Amber Elizabeth Pambin of Decorah with Felony Domestic Abuse Assault at 223rd Avenue North of Decorah. Pambin was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
