


The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office responded to a motor vehicle accident at 12:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
20-year-old Duncan Glock of Calmar was westbound on Conover Road, lost control of his 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt and entered the south ditch. Glock hit a fence, rolled the vehicle and struck two trailers that were parked in the yard of a farm residence. Glock's vehicle then caught on fire.
Glock sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Winneshiek Medical Center. He was charged with operating under the influence and failure to maintain control.
