La Crosse man brought to Decorah to face two charges

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says one of its deputies brought a La Crosse man to the Winneshiek County Jail on Tuesday.

52-year-old William Coughlin of La Crosse had been held in the La Crosse County Jail, but was brought to Winneshiek County on a warrant for a charge of Identity Theft and a charge of Driving While License Revoked.
