Cresco man arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia

Decorah Police were called to the 800 block of East Water Street for a complaint of shouting and banging on the residence. Upon Officer's arrival, 55-year-ol John Harbin of Cresco was located on the porch of 801 East Water Street. Harbin was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and was subsequently arrested.
