43 years of being in charge of NEICAC

With the retirement this month of Mary Ann Humpal as Executive Director of Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation, Trisha Wilkins has become just the fourth Executive Director in the agency's history.

Three out of the four Executive Directors attended Humpal's retirement reception on Tuesday.  Dick Wagoner was Executive Director from 1974 until he retired 1989 and Mary Ann Humpal was Executive Director from June of 1989 until December 4th of this year, when Wilkins became Executive Director.  The first Executive Director of NEICAC was Neal Wiedenmann, who served from 1965 to August of 1974.
