Waukon man transported to the Winneshiek County Jail

The Winneshiek Sheriff's Office reports at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, 20-year-old Nicholas Howe of Waukon was transported from the Fayette County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail on a Probation Violation Warrant.
