Decorah Police looking for information on a hit and run accident on Water Street

The Decorah Police were called to a hit and run traffic accident at the 300 block of Water Street at 5:30 p.m. Monday.

A witness stated that a truck struck a properly parked vehicle and fled the scene without reporting the crash. The striking vehicle was described as a green Dodge Dakota truck with a topper. The vehicle should have damage to the front passenger side headlight.
