Decorah Police arrest Luther student on pot charges

Decorah Police say they have arrested a resident of Farwell Hall at Luther College.

Officers were contacted by Luther Security and went to the dormitory around 2:30 a.m. Saturday.  They report they discovered 5.75 grams of marijuana and a glass marijuana pipe in the possession of 21-year-old Trevor Joiner of Carlisle, Iowa.  He was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
