Decorah woman arrested and charged with multiple offenses

74-year-old Susan Holthaus of Decorah was stopped on Pulpit Rock Road in Decorah at 7:37 p.m. Tuesday. Upon investigation, Decorah Police Officers found that Holthaus was intoxicated and had a revoked driver's license.

Holhaus was arrested and charged with Driving While Revoked and Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.
