Postville resident ticketed following accident in Decorah

Decorah Police say they have ticketed 32-year-old Chava Perel of Postville for Failure to Yield the Right of way and for Failure to use a Turn Signal.

Perel was traveling on Highway 9 near Kelly Realty when she allegedly stopped her vehicle in front of a car driven by 43-year-old Lynette Matter of Postville, causing Matter to crash into Perel's car.
