Rebound Hospitality is beginning another hotel project. The company, based in Northfield, Minnesota, owns the Hotel Winneshiek in Decorah and built the new Fairfield Inn & Suites on Highway 9.
The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports that Rebound has now bought a century-old office building listed on the National Register of Historic Places at a prime downtown St. Paul corner. Rebound plans to convert the building into a hotel, according to the Star-Tribune. With the purchase and the completion of construction of a Fairfield Inn & Suites in Northfield, Rebound Hospitality will own six hotels.
