(Kelly and Cheryl have e-mailed Mr. Answer Person: We noticed that the city still has the United Way flags up. Didn't we acquire Decorah Viking and Norse flags? And if so...wouldn't homecoming week be a great time to put up the Decorah ones and next week the Luther ones?"):
