Waukon man arrested and booked in Winneshiek County Jail

20-year old Hunter Caldwell of Waukon, has been arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail. 

Caldwell was charged with operating while under the influence, two counts of possession of a controlled substance--marijuana, speeding and driving left of the center line on Big Canoe Road near Old Bridge Road at 5:36 p.m Sunday.
