A familiar sight has returned to Decorah. The lights on the Trout Run Trail bridge over Highway 9 have been repaired and are again functioning.
City Administrator Chad Bird says crews from Perry Novak Electric were able to figure out the solution to a problem that had existed since last fall. The lights are controlled by a computer program, which meant it's not just a case of replacing light bulbs. The Novak crews were able to restore the system and the colored displays have returned to the Trout Run Trail.
