Decorah man arrested on harassment charges

Decorah Police have arrested a Decorah resident who they say has harassed a Decorah woman for the past year.

52-year-old Andre Timp of Decorah has been charged with two counts of 4th degree harassment.  Police claim Timp has had "an on-going pattern of harassing content being posted on Facebook."  Police claim the conduct began in April of 2016 and continued into April of this year.
