A Colorado man was driving down Painter Street Friday afternoon when part of the roadway collapsed.
65-year-old John Duncan of Arvada, Colorado, had pulled his motorhome to the side of the street to allow a car from the other direction to pass by. That's when the street collapsed and the rear of his motorhome fell into the hole.
The incident caused $3,000 in damages to the motorhome and an estimated $5,000 in damages to the road.
