


The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office made two arrests on Wednesday evening.
40-year-old James Tupy of Fort Atkinson was stopped at 7:17 p.m. on Highway 24 near Fort Atkinson and was charged with Driving While License Under Suspension, Operating Non-Registered Vehicle, and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Libility. He was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
32-year old Catherine Houdek of Cresco was stopped at 11:29 p.m. in Decorah and was charge with Driving While License Denied or Revoked and Open Container. She was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
