Decorah Police Department made multiple arrests on Saturday

Decorah Police officers were busy on Saturday.

At 1:02 a.m.Saturday, officers were conducting an investigation in the parking lot near Subway on College Drive. During the investigation officers located marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 19-year-old Trey Gerrit Boeyink of Littleton, CO was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 19-year-old Brevin Walker of Hereford, TX was arrested and charged with OWI - 1st Offense.

At 1:57 a.m. Saturday, officers were conducting an investigation of an individual in a vehicle on State Street. During the investigation 25-year-old Tanner John Baumler of Ossian was found to have operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Baumler was arrested and jailed for OWI - 1st Offense.

On Saturday at 9:53 p.m., officers were checking on a vehicle parked on Broadway Street with two occupants inside. During the investigation officers discovered that 20-year-old Paul Fadness and 18-year-old Kyna Henson, both of Decorah, were in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
