Winneshiek County Sherriff's Office made two arrests over the weekend

Friday night 36-year-old Joseph Hinck of Cresco was arrested in Cresco on a probation violation warrant. He was transported and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.

Early Sunday morning 44-year-old Christel McNeil of Calmar was charged with operating while under the influence on Lake Meyer Road near Calmar. She was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
