California man arrested on drunk driving charges

The Decorah Police Department says its officers were called to College Drive around 8:15 Friday night by a report of a car that had driven over the curb and gotten stuck in a snowbank.

When they arrived, the officers say the driver of the car was drunk.  26-year-old Zachary Vosough of Rancho Santa Margartia, California was jailed and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated.
