Spillville man wins Iowa $30,000 Lottery

A Spillville man has won a $30,000 lottery prize.  Richard Feddern has claimed one of the top prizes in the Iowa Lottery's "Holiday Surprise Crossword" scratch game.

Feddern purchased his winning ticket at a Casey's in Waterloo and claimed his prize last week at the lottery's regional office in Mason City.

Holiday Surprise Crossword was a $3 scratch game. Sales in this holiday scratch game have ended but players may still claim prizes in it.
