Funeral arrangements announced for Weston Noble

Funeral arrangements have been announced for 94-year-old Weston Noble, the Luther College Professor Emeritus of Music who died Wednesday in Decorah.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. Thursday, December 29th, at First Lutheran Church at 604 West Broadway Street in Decorah, concluding with a short Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m.   Rev. Chad Huebner and Rev. Mike Blair will preside.

Private Family Graveside services will be at Riverside Cemetery in Riceville, with Full Military Honors, on Friday, December 30th.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date, in 2017's second semester, at Luther College's Center for Faith and Life.  Details will be announced later.
