St. Benedict students offer gift wrapping as fundraiser

St. Benedict 8th grade class is offering gift wrapping services as a fundraiser for their class trip to Washington, D.C. in the spring. They will begin wrapping on Saturday, November 19th with the Holiday Open House weekend from 1-5 p.m. at the Hotel Winneshiek Lobby. Free will donations are appreciated. They will continue this fundraiser through the holiday season.

The students will be located in the Hotel Winneshiek Lobby from 1-5 p.m. on November 19 (Holiday Open House Weekend), November 26 (Small Business Saturday), December 10, December 17 and December 23. They will be located at the Pilates Loft from 1-5 p.m. on Saturday, December 3.

All shoppers are welcome to bring their gifts to be wrapped during this time. The students would like to extend their appreciation to Hotel Winneshiek and Pilates Loft for use of their space and to Modish for the gift wrap. They also thank the retailers for helping support their efforts.
