Several Luther College students have decided to spend their Thanksgiving break in Cannon Ball, North Dakota, to protest the Dakota Access Pipeline.

The primary focus of their trip is to stand in solidarity with a historically oppressed and marginalized people, and also to deliver supplies.

Luther students Courtney Field and Rebecka Green have set up a donation box inside the CFL, as well as a GoFundMe page. They are hoping to fill a van with supplies and are specifically seeking donations of cases of bottled water, firewood, old coats/warm clothes, and blankets.
