Decorah Police make three OWI arrests

Decorah Police say they have made three separate arrests for drunk driving.

54-year-old Rob Cambell was arrested around 12:30 Sunday morning on Water Street. He was arrested and jailed on a charge of First Offense Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated.

28-year-old Corey Cleven of Caledonia was arrested around 1:45 Sunday morning on Locust Road. He was arrested and jailed on a charge of First Offense Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated.

25-year-old Paulo De Santiago Castaneda of Decorah was arrested around 2:00 Sunday morning on College Drive. He also was arrested and jailed on a charge of First Offense OPerating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicate.
