Two arrested in separate drunk driving stops

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says its deputies have made two arrests on drunk driving charges.

39-year-old Scott Franzen of Fort Atkinson has been charged with Operating While Under the Influence following a stop at 2:30 a.m. Saturday.  32-year-old Cipriano Olmedo Hernandez of Hampton was charged with Operating While under the Influence around 11:00 Saturday morning.

Both arrests were made in Fort Atkinson.  Both suspects were booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
