


The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office has released details of three separate arrests made by deputies.
On Tuesday deputies were called to the Highway 9 and Trout Run Road intersection for a possible assault. 18-year-old Max Larsen of Riceville was pulled over by a sheriff's deputy and arrested and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail, where he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), No Insurance, and Expired Registration
Monday evening around 5:30 deputies arrested 46-year-old Kent A. Miller of Decorah on a charge of 3rd Degree Harassment. Miller taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
Also Monday, 41-year-old Alan Sibley of Decorah was charged with Second Offense O.W.I. stemming from a motorcycle accident on September 4th on County Road W-42.
