No decision in Iowa City on the "Kinnick-style" house proposed by a Decorah couple

A citizens group is opposing the Carlsons' application

The Iowa City Board of Adjustment met for another five hours Wednesday night to discuss the application by Decorah residents Reed and Sandy Carlson to build a home in Iowa City resembling Kinnick Stadium.

The board adjourned without reaching a decision.  Another meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., Friday, September 30th.  A decision is expected at that meeting.
