Decorah resident Dave Dunlavy has just driven from New London to New Brighton in Minnesota—in one of the oldest Ford Automobiles in the world, a 1905 Model F.
It was Dunlavy's 11th successful completion of the 120 mile Antique Car Run. 75 automobiles from 1908 or earlier registered for the 120-mile run.
Dunlavy also received President's Choice Belt Buckle for his work with the 1903-1909 Early Ford Registry, Inc. Dunlavy was a founding member, Secretary-Treasurer and Director of the organization. He currently serves as Newsletter Editor and WebMaster and has won First Place Overall in both categories in recent years.
