Mr. Answer Person says: "There's certainly a lot of heavy equipment being used, isn't there? The project is an upgrade of one of the sewer lines into the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project removes narrow sewer lines that are either eight inches or six and a half inches wide and replaces them with 12-inch sewer mains that will connect directly into the plant.

The work is being done by Winona Mechanical and should be complete within another week or two.
