Spillville woman ticketed following accident on Montgomery Street

A Spillville woman told Decorah Police Wednesday evening she misjudged the distance between her car and the car in front of her.

48-year-old Colleen Kray struck the rear of the stationary car owned by 45-year-old Heather Smith of Decorah, causing a total of $4,000 in damages. 

Neither driver was injured, but Kray was ticketed for Failure to Stop in an Assured Distance.
