JCPenny store in Decorah presented "Founder's Award"

The JCPenney store in Decorah has been presented with  the company's "Founder's Award"–the Company's highest award.

JCPenney Chief Executive Officer Marvin R. Ellison and executive vice president of stores Joe McFarland presented Decorah manager Valeria Kishkunas with a commemorative plaque in recognition of the store meeting or exceeding all performance goals.
