Mabe's Pizza in the running in a contest to pick Iowa's best pizza

Are you ready for another on-line voting contest?
The Iowa Tourism Department has announced a Facebook contest to pick Iowa's best pizza--and Mabe's Pizza in Decorah is one of the eight finalists.
The contest will be run just like a college basketball bracket, with three rounds culminating in the championship round Wednesday, March 23rd, through noon on Friday, March 25th.
Mabe's opening round opponent is Zipp's Pizzaria in Adair, a town of 750 people one hour west of Des Moines on Interstate 80. If Mabe's wins that contest, it advances to face the winner of a contest between Fong's Pizza in Des Moines and A & A Pagliai's Pizza in Iowa City.
