Caledonia resident killed in Winneshiek County accident

A Caledonia resident was killed in a one vehicle accident Saturday morning three miles west of Fort Atkinson on Highway 24.
The Iowa State Patrol says 55-year-old Robin Meredith lost control of her car while traveling westbound. Meredith's van left the roadway and struck a bridge rail. She was then ejected from the van.
The accident occurred around 9:30 Saturday morning.
The Iowa State Patrol was assisted by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department, Fort Atkinson Fire Department and Winneshiek County Ambulance.
