


Decorahnews.com continues to get e-mails about the Decorah School Board's search for new school facilities. Here are the latest:
Laurie e-mails: "Since the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds is owned by the county, I would think, it would have to be brought to a vote by all of the residents of the county if the fairgrounds would be sold to the school district." (Laurie is correct.)
Dale e-mails: "The area from the (Farmers Win) co-op up to second street is almost a two block length of property. East of the old creamery are old buildings, and the creamery building will probably never be used as it is."
