Winneshiek Medical Center nurse named one of Iowa's Top 100 Nurses

The 100 Great Iowa Nurses program has announced its 2016 honorees--and one of those selected is a nurse at Winneshiek Medical Center.

Deb Tekippe works in the Same Day Services and Nursing Education offices at the hospital.  She was recently honored by WMC for 40 years of service to the medical center.

Because of her recognition, Tekippe will be invited to a celebration on Sunday, May 1st, at the Iowa Events Center Grand Ballroom in Des Moines.  The recognition of the 100 Great Iowa Nurses will be a prelude to National Nurses Week, which begins on May 6th and ends on May 12 (the birthday of Florence Nightingale).
