Decorah man taken to Winneshiek County Jail, facing three charges

35-year-old William Troxel of Decorah is now in custody in the Winneshiek County Jail.

Sheriff's Deputies traveled to Waukon early Monday morning to pick up Troxel and bring him to Decorah, where he is now in custody in the Winneshiek County Jail.

Troxel faces a charge of 3rd Degree Burglary and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine & Marijuana).
