Decorah Police make three arrests

Decorah Police have disclosed details of three arrests they made the first week of February.

On Friday, February 5th, police arrested 62-year-old Kipling Frederick Smith on Decorah Avenue on a charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated, First Offense.

On Saturday, February 6th around 2:15 a.m., police stopped a car on Highway 52.  The driver of the vehicle, 39-year-old Steven Lewis Fulton, Junior was arrested on charges of Driving while Revoked and Possession of a Controlled Substance, Second Offense.  A passenger in the car, 26-year-old Derek Allen Praska of Cresco, was arrested on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
