Elma man arrested on OWI charge

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department says an Elma man was arrested around 2:15 Saturday morning when his vehicle landed in a creek east of County Highway W-14.

21-year-old Jake Burke was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on a charge of Operating While Under the Influence.
