Holiday Lights display did well for Helping Services

The numbers are in for 2015's "Holiday Lights, Magical Nights" fundraiser for Helping Services at the Decorah Campground.

Helping Services says 3,353 vehicles drove through and enjoyed the lights.  The total was down 89 cars from last year's all-time-record visit.

However, people who attended were generous, donating over $26,000.

Funds raised through the donations and through corporate sponsorships of the light displays will be used to help pay for programs for the kids and adults in Northeast Iowa.
