Two yoga instructors from the Twin Cities will help lead yoga instructor training classes in Decorah

Two yoga teacher trainers from the Twin cities will visit Decorah starting in February to help lead a yoga teacher training class.  Lauren Hopps and Emily Stuber will join Laree Schouweiler of Reefuel in leading the 200-hour class, which will be held on eight weekends from February through June.

Reefuel is the only yoga studio in Northeast Iowa with a yoga teacher training approved by Yoga Alliance.
