Decorah Police arrest a Slater man

A traffic stop on College Drive on Saturday has led to charges against a Slater, Iowa man.

Decorah Police say they found drug paraphernalia in the car of 19-year-old William Douglas of Slater.  They arrested him on charges of possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Alcohol under the Lgeal Age.
