#10 story of 2015: Decorah's wonderfulness is reconfirmed

The praises for Decorah keep pouring in--and yet we don't have swelled heads!

The praise started in February, when the website "Best Choice Reviews" named Decorah as having the #30 "Best Small Town Downtown" (http://www.decorahnews.com/archived-stories/2015/02/10095.html)  Also in February, the website www.CouponsDaily.com named Decorah one of the "20 Cities for an Affordable Valentine's Day Getaway" (http://www.decorahnews.com/archived-stories/2015/02/10050.html)

In June www.livability.com picked Decorah as the #49 top small town nationwide http://www.decorahnews.com/archived-stories/2015/06/11030.html)  Then in August Dunning Springs was picked by www.cheapism.com as the best waterfall in Iowa http://www.decorahnews.com/archived-stories/2015/08/11643.html.

Not to be left out, Decorah Schools also got recognition in 2015.  Decorah High School in August won the Iowa Challenge Cup for Class 3A high schools for the sixth time in the past eight years (http://www.decorahnews.com/archived-stories/2015/08/11577.html.  At the end of the year www.niche.com named Decorah MIddle School #2 in Iowa, Decorah School District #4 and Decorah High School #7.  http://www.decorahnews.com/news-stories/2015/12/12407.html
